Ok lets do this, i'm going to post up my picks here for tracking purposes. I was going to going to sign up yesterday and post up my first pick for Sunderland. Good thing i was having problems registering, hah.

First time i'll be capping with unit management and restraint, so let's see how it goes. I'm only going to stick with the PL, as that's where my knowledge is based.

I'll be playing with either 1 or 2 units. Mostly 2 units.

-----

Here's my first two picks (i'll usually do a write-up but haven't got time to do one now) :

Man City vs Man Utd
Man Utd : -0.5 (-123)
2 Units

Portsmouth vs Blackburn
Blackburn : +0.5 (-127)
2 Units

-2.60 units (1-2-0-0)

The third number stat is if it's a push, the fourth number stat is if the pick has gone for a half-unit profit or loss.

Ive added my Sunderland loss coz it was a pick i would of made. Im doing this for tracking purposes for my own use, not for acclaim, so no point dodging anything.

Here's my pick for tonight:

Liverpool vs West Ham
Liverpool : -1.0 and -1.5 (-116)
2 Units

Liverpool vs West Ham

West Ham are one of those teams that go away to the big teams and aren't very good at holding out for 90 minutes. They have a weak defence (Collins is not a PL standard player and i'll be surprised if he's playing in the PL next season), and even though they have two clean sheets from their last two games, they were very lucky against Sunderland when they were left open at least 5 times. If Sunderland could of finished their chances, West Ham should of lost, let alone came out with a win themselves.

They lost 3 out of their 4 away games last season against the big 4 by two goals (losing 4-0 to Liverpool). Earlier this season they lost 2-0 away to United.

Liverpool haven't looked good at home this season, but i expect them to put in a good performance, with them knowing if they win they can go top of the league. West Ham will have to do a lot of defending today, and i don't see it in their defensive capacity to do that without giving Liverpool many chances. If they convert, this should be a easy win, with West ham not having much of an attacking threat to cause the Liverpool defence any trouble except for a mistake or lapse in defence.
